At RS Self Defense and Tactical LLC, we empower individuals and communities with beginners self-defense classes, and conditioning programs. Our Self Defense Classes classes include Beginners Self Defense, Situational Awareness and Safety Consulting. Our Conditioning Program includes using light weights and/or Zumba. We deliver real solutions tailored to each client’s comfort and safety—whether at home, in the park, or at work. Our certified team is trained in top-tier systems like ASP, and Controlled F.O.R.C.E., combining real-world experience with effective strategies and a personalized, family-first approach.
